I have approximately 10 years of experience as a consultant, helping large corporations mainly during my time with McKinsey and smaller and midsize corporations afterwards At McKinsey I was also heading their Organizational Solutions group for the whole EMEA region.

However, without my approx. 15 years of heading large organizations as CEO and Exec VP myself I would feel much less capable to really help companies and understand the complexity and the issues behind. Most of the problems modern CEOs and leaders have, in one way or another, I most likely experienced myself.

This together with my consulting tool-kit makes me a very effective consultant.
